At TrainPain, we strive to provide our valued customers with a convenient and hassle-free experience, including managing your subscriptions. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding subscription cancellations, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Process:

Cancellation Effective Date:

  • When you cancel your subscription, it will remain active and accessible for the duration of the current billing period.
  • TrainPain operates on a monthly billing cycle, and your subscription will continue until the end of the month for which you have already been billed.

No Pro-Rated Refunds:

  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. Therefore, if you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period, you will still have access to TrainPain's services for the entire paid month.

Confirmation of Cancellation:

  • Upon successfully canceling your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email.

Reactivation:

  • If you wish to reactivate your subscription at any time after cancellation, you can do so by emailing support@trainpain.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee your progress will be saved, and you may have to start the training from Level 1 again.
